Everything has changed. I can’t write and it is bad. because I have not focused and my mind is distracted.
but life is going and we can’t stop it and cry for everything, By the way, I want to change something in my life because I need it. in 27 years of my life and in my experience, every time people need to change something in their lives it is so important.

I believe that wealth is more important than money. Wealth can change your life and career, but it isn’t everything. To achieve wealth, you need to:
Leverage: Use leverage effectively. This can be in the form of labor (people working for you), capital (money working for you), or technology (products and code working for you).
Specific Knowledge: Develop specific knowledge that is hard to replicate. This could be a combination of skills and experiences unique to you, making you valuable in the marketplace.
Long-term Thinking: Think long-term. Avoid short-term distractions and focus on building long-lasting value.
Accountability: Take on accountability and responsibility. This increases your chances of earning more as you are directly linked to the outcomes of your efforts.
Continuous Learning: Keep learning and improving. Stay curious and keep expanding your knowledge and skills.
Build Assets: Create or invest in assets that can earn while you sleep. This includes businesses, investments, or intellectual property.
Network: Build a strong network. Surround yourself with smart, driven people who can help you grow and find opportunities.
Avoid Zero-Sum Games: Engage in positive-sum games where everyone can benefit. Avoid environments where someone has to lose for you to win.
Authenticity: Be authentic and genuine in your efforts. Authenticity attracts trust and long-term relationships.

Health
You need to change your lifestyle for body power to keep going, so you must:
Exercising: Morning routine, training 1 to 2 hours per day
Diet: Eat Healthy food, do not eat too much, do not eat Sugar and more drinking water in a day, do not eat fast food, and do not eat Packaged foods such as tuna, sandwiches, and …
Sleep: Find your best time to sleep and wake up, it’s different for All people and not a specific Time for everyone, so test your hours and fix your time to sleep and time to wake up. it’s so important. Fix It.
