I think reading is important but when you don’t think about what you read it can block your mind.
in the last couple of years, I read a lot of papers and books but didn’t think about that and after taking some time I see have a lot of information whiteout mindset in all of socializing I repeat the reading books and it’s so bad for me. when you don’t think about anything and just read and read and read you cant deeply think about everything,
