OK, I know you can use Seamless or Some AI like this and it can help you for growth or communication with all people or something like that, but when you don’t use your brain, The brain will become lazy. like before Social media the focus of your mind was 100 % but Now and after Social media like Instagram, your brain focus in the best situation is 30%.
Maybe you think you can save time and energy for more important things but I think it’s false because when the brain doesn’t do normal jobs it is bad for him and can’t do the important thing.
