Work-Life Balance?

I went to the pool this morning at 6 am (This work is in line with depression, which I wrote about in this blog post) so I think maybe work-life balance is something like that.

but in my life, It has never been like this. I work every day and every week and I don’t have any weekends. Always works and I’m happy about that.

sometimes you need to sacrifice something to achieve important things in your life. for example, when you don’t answer to invite you to a party and other times repeat this, people don’t like to call at next time to invite you and absolutely a party is not important, The relationship and friendship between you and other people stops at this stage and does not move forward. you need to know this and take responsibility for your decision.

now I think work-life balance means you take care of yourself by meditation, eating healthy food, exercising 1 hour per day, good sleeping, and socializing with people you love and they love you.

when your mind is calm down you make better decisions. To calm down your mind you need to do something like the Paragraph above. when you make better decisions you make more money and this is like a chain. step by step.

now I try to spend depression and get help from exercise and a healthy routine to give the best result. i think it works and I can change this mood and change the game.
